We take deadlines very seriously, and any breach is handled contractually. For each missed deadline, we apply a penalty proportional to the duration of the delay. This penalty is deducted from our bi-weekly invoice, effectively reducing our pay. In other words, we take full accountability for any delays, and the exact penalty amount depends on how long the deadline was breached.
We take confidentiality seriously and are open to signing an NDA to formalize our commitment. While many of our team members work remotely, we rely on secure communication platforms that meet the needs of the business. Additionally, access to sensitive client data is limited to key personnel, and we follow strict internal protocols to ensure data privacy and security.
